Terminal rental counter and pick-up
UAE residents require a UAE driving license. Visitors must present a valid national and international driving license of the country of origin. Dollar Rent a Car recommends visiting www.rta.ae and www.dubaipolice.ae for more information

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Driving to Oman territory is allowed but the client has to get proper documents from Dollar Rent A Car at extra cost.
Following vehicle groups are NOT allowed to be driven to Oman: FDAR, XXAR, PDAR, PXAR, CXAR and LXAR.
Due to travel restrictions in Oman, cross border is currently prohibited.
